Boredom (jello)

  Along with boredom, comes food, namely...
JELLO!

This is Jello Joel.

He's chillin' in the fridge right now... he'll be back soon.
  To comfort all the children... with his squishy goodness!
 Soon he will be gone, but for a good cause. ... namely my and my sister's boredom... :D

  I wish I had something more exciting to show, like... tie dye jello (sounds...hard), or something (I kinda attempted that once, it just looked red-brown[strawberry-lime]) This time, it's just strawberry-banana-pineapple.
 Should be ready in... a few hours. Sigh.

Amigurumi

I just realized that I haven't exactly posted much amigurumi of my own, but I made this doll a while back, and I don't exactly have all her limbs yet (running-out-of-yarn dilemma), and she needs a bit more hair. And the rest of her face (a mouth). And I was making a dress for her... that I can't do much with until she has limbs on, so... *sigh*
Yeah, I kinda forgot about her. But I think I'll go get some more yarn for her, and finish her up!!
  Oh, Yeah! The wings, there, are because she's gonna be a fairy! :D

ps don't think she's creepy or morbid or whatever cuz she has half a body. :)

Crochet Blogs

I really like all of the crochet blankets at Attic24.typepad.com, they're all so bright... and finished.
I'm working on it, but today I'm just getting closer to the first time around on the pattern (it's a long pattern... [blue blue green blue green green, pink pink orange pink orange orange in case you were wondering])
Anyway, check out her blog. Also, for amigurumi, I like happyamigurumi.blogspot.com.
Of course, I try to make mine enjoyable, but, you know... I try. :D

Mission Accomplished!!

I finished the main part of my quilt, minus the edges and back. Of course I will post another picture when I finish that... but here is the... body of it:

Update on the hat:

Yes, you thought I was done with that. I sewed on the smaller flower (the big one was too big; it will probably go to a friend who "doesn't get enough crochet from me"), and am making a new, even smaller one... tonight, maybe. Again/like always, I will post a picture when I'm there.

P.S. If you didn't notice, I also accomplished getting each color on my afghan :D
